Shipping Policy:
We at Active Care Store know how important it is to receive your purchased products in excellent condition and on time. So we use a vast network of courier service providers to deliver your products to you as soon as possible.
Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for the processing and fulfillment of your order. Any orders placed Before 11:30 PM will be fulfilled the following day and orders placed after 12:00 AM on Thursday till Sunday Midnight will be fulfilled on Monday. Next-day working day delivery orders need to be placed before 11:30 PM. Depending upon the place position, the product is shipped to you within 5-8 business days within the USA.
Orders that contain pre-order products are shipped together at the earliest possible date.
Once your order is shipped, you will get an intimation of the delivery of the package and a link to track your package. Our orders are typically delivered within the stipulated 5-8 business days. However, there may be delays due to public holidays. We associate with the best logistics companies to assure hassle-free delivery but if you still face any issues do write to us at cs@activecarestore.com

Returns & Refund:
Refund Policy in time of COVID-19 outbreak
Undelivered Parcels: Looking at the affected service of USPS. The parcels may get delayed delivery of up to 30 days because of affected USPS depot in your area or high absence of USPS employees. For this reason, unless confirmed by USPS that the parcel is lost. No refund will be provided until 30 days have passed from the date of shipment being sent. We appreciate your support and understanding in this current environment.
We at Active Care Store work hard to provide our customers with the latest products at a pure quality and fantastic prices. If you wish to return the product, you can return the product to us within 14 days of delivery subject to the following conditions:
- Generate a return request number by sending us the order number with a photo of the product wished to be returned to generate a return request number at cs@activecarestore.com
- Product must be returned in its original packaging and should not be used or opened.
- The product must not be returned with any scratches or breakage.
- Return label charges will be paid by the customer according to their area and USPS. To return a product customer has to submit to it its nearest post office(USPS).
- For faulty, incorrect, or damaged item(s) received we will refund partial or full amount including postage or send a replacement subject to product availability or provide a return label to send back the item for a full refund depending on case to case basis. A picture proof of damage or incorrect item received is needed for the same.
- In case of change of mind or simply you are not happy with the product or the parcel which are undelivered and returned to us, refund will not be provided for any postage paid on original order.
- Products which have been removed from the original packaging or used and are being returned to us. A 20% amount would be retained or depending upon content left in product.
- Incase of concerns raised for product quality issue, we will verify the issue raised by you on receiving the item back. If found that issue is not genuine a 20% amount would be retained for false claim and products original packing being opened. The return postage is to be paid by the customer.
- In case of cosmetic products, if the original packaging is opened and the product has been used. We would not be able to take back the return of the item for a refund.
- In case of wrong items being delivered due to human error. We will provide a return label to send back the item to us. On receipt of wrong item in its original condition we will send the correct item or refund the full amount paid as requested by you.
- The customer needs to send the product through tracked delivery so that in case of lost in transition the same can be provided to the shipping company for claim purposes. The shipping cost paid for a return of product is to be borne by the customer and the company is not liable for reimbursement for the same.
We do not provide for the product pickup from your location or product return services unless specified otherwise. All returns, refunds, and warranty claims will be processed after examining the request and approval from us.
Tracking shows delivered and hasn't been received.
If the tracking detail shows that the parcel has been delivered. However, you haven't received it or denied receipt of delivery. A claim and further investigation would be initiated with the relevant shipping company. Depending on the investigation report a refund or replacement would be sent out.
Shipping Address Error
Refunds will not be provided for the delay in delivery due to an error in the shipping address provided while placing the order. The address error needs to be informed to us before the parcel has been dispatched by us. After dispatch, there are no guarantees the address can be amended.
