Shipping Policy:

We at Active Care Store know how important it is to receive your purchased products in excellent condition and on time. So we use a vast network of courier service providers to deliver your products to you as soon as possible.

Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for the processing and fulfillment of your order. Any orders placed Before 11:30 PM will be fulfilled the following day and orders placed after 12:00 AM on Thursday till Sunday Midnight will be fulfilled on Monday. Next-day working day delivery orders need to be placed before 11:30 PM. Depending upon the place position, the product is shipped to you within 5-8 business days within the USA.

Orders that contain pre-order products are shipped together at the earliest possible date.

Once your order is shipped, you will get an intimation of the delivery of the package and a link to track your package. Our orders are typically delivered within the stipulated 5-8 business days. However, there may be delays due to public holidays.
